Return Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your returned item is received and inspected and it meets our return requirements, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We can only refund to the original payment method. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund after 7-14 days first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • We only allow exchanges on items if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect size.

Only one coupon code can be used per purchase. All Coupon codes and Discount codes must be used and applied at the time of checkout before an order is paid for and processed. Once an item or items are added to the cart, you must press "Checkout" and type the code into the "Discount" area and press "Apply" to see the total update.

Unfortunately, we can not discount any orders after they have been processed. Discounts and Coupon codes can not be retroactively applied to previous purchases since there is no way for us to know whether or not a code was seen "after" the order was already processed.
