Only regular priced items may be returned for a refund. You will be issued a store credit for returning sale items. RETURNS ARE FREE for qualifying items (Domestic Only).

INTERNATIONAL ITEMS: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your product has any damage, defects or is the wrong size, please take pictures and contact us within 10 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable)If 10 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only one coupon code can be used per purchase. All Coupon codes and Discount codes must be used and applied at the time of checkout before an order is paid for and processed. Once an item or items are added to the cart, you must press "Checkout" and type the code into the "Discount" area and press "Apply" to see the total update. Unfortunately, we can not discount any orders after they have been processed. Discounts and Coupon codes can not be retroactively applied to previous purchases since there is no way for us to know whether or not a code was seen "after" the order was already processed.
