Shipping within the United States is FREE

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Customers are notified via email or text (if a cell phone number was provided) that their order has been confirmed. Customers will be provided with a tracking number via email/text as soon as their order has shipped. The tracking number will allow customers to track the progress of their order from placement to delivery.

USPS First Class Mail: Allow 3-6 days for delivery depending on your location from our headquarters in Manhattan Beach, CA.

COUPON CODES

If coupon codes are being accepted you will see an area to apply your code. All coupon codes must be entered during the checkout process. Coupon codes will be applied when the coupon code is entered and the "Apply" button is pushed. Your cart will be updated after the coupon code is applied. We only allow one code per transaction and can not retroactively apply a discount to an order that has already been placed. 

 TAXES & DUTIES

All customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges related to individual customer’s location are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refusal to accept a package will still result in all fees being paid by the customer and remain the customer's responsibility.

EXCHANGE RATES OUTSIDE THE U.S.

All transactions are made in US dollars at checkout. Each financial institution determines the exchange rate that will apply to your purchase. We are not to be held responsible for the charges determined by your bank's exchange rate. 

SHIPPING LIABILITY

Orders are shipped via USPS and DHL. Once a package leaves our headquarters and has been accepted and received by USPS/DHL, the package becomes the sole responsibility of USPS/DHL. Both of these carriers are very reliable and there are hardly any issues with package delays or damage. If you experience any unusual delays or damage to a package please contact USPS or DHL directly.
